In 2008 we rebranded to HR InSync and expanded our service offering to include outsourced HR and coaching services.
Over the years we’ve worked with a diverse client base – from global organisations and blue-chip corporates to financial institutions, medium-sized businesses, and owner-managed companies across a range of sectors.

The bee – such a tiny creature, yet its impact is so great that if bees disappeared, many say humans might not survive.

Bees are excellent communicators and networkers. The bee is not a loner and calls to all of us to get off ‘the bench’ and ‘jump into the game’ with true abandon. Their movement from one plant to another represents the interconnectedness of all living things.
They are amazing builders – from their hives to their intricate honeycombs. Taking their example, we aim to build solid foundations that lead to sustainability for ourselves and our clients.

I have worked with Peta-Jean Kirkby and the HR InSync team since 2018. Firstly, when I was working at GEA Africa as Head of Human Resources and then when I moved to Johnson Controls International I ‘took HR InSync with me’. The company had been going through a major restructure and culture change and I contracted Peta-Jean to assist with this process. This project involved redesigning the organisation structure, mapping processes between divisions to identify blurred lines of accountability, duplication and inefficiencies. Once this was completed detailed role profiles were drafted and these were linked to performance contracts and Key Performance Indicators. Once again Peta-Jean showed her ability to deal with complexity, manage large projects, and manage all stakeholders including job incumbents during a sensitive time of change and restructuring.
